Technical staff within the Company uses the network of external suppliers, both Italian and foreign, who have been selected carefully based on their specialisation in various branches of industry: electronic/electro and machine industry, industry of white goods and small household appliances, automotive industry, sport equipment, etc.

Relying on the most recognized examples of conceptual designs and designing, our technical staff offers to our clients a complete service of 2D and 3D designing, both of the object itself and the mould, proposing to the client the best technical and design solutions for achieving the outstanding results: prototypes obtained from synthetic materials, analysis of filling process, mould testing, selection of suitable materials, etc.
Within our Design Centre we have a department for mould testing and initial phases of sampling which is connected with the Mould Workshop, thus ensuring better mould control optimizing the processing time after initial sampling. Furthermore, each sampling is analysed and measured in the internal metrological laboratory equipped with the state-of-the-art 3D scanner which makes the report on product dimensions and quality before it is submitted to the client for approval.
